Rethinking spatiality with bamboo

Started exploring the curvilinear forms through different mediums. Each of us entered the process through different words- flow,flux and tangled.

We started exploring through experiential drawings how we wanted our structures and their form relating to the program we wanted to incorporate in it. The change in the volume and how the light and shadow plays a part in it. Through these drawings we took two words that would describe our structure: bulge and fold.

The site selected was Manori beach, near a fishing community.
